ContractProbe was founded by Michael Pattison to help lawyers review draft contracts more efficiently and with less risk. Before forming ContractProbe, Michael had worked as a lawyer for over 30 years. He was listed as being in the top tier of Australia’s information technology lawyers in the independent guide Chambers each year from 2003 to 2016. Michael has a Masters of Applied Science (Computer Science) degree in addition to his legal qualifications.
The ContractProbe team includes lawyers qualified in the USA, Australia and England and computer programmers in a number of other countries.
